In Fairmont, West Virginia, there is a small house and it is rumored that the house is haunted. My mom told me a story about him as a child. The house was occupied by a family that nobody really knew anything about it. Everyone in the neighborhood were afraid.
My mom went to school with the youngest girl in the family, who looked tired all the time and never spoke a word. His father was even more frightening and seemed to always be crazy. The girl seemed scarry of him. Nobody thought that this was unusual because everyone was afraid. Until one night. The police were in the house but the neighbors do not know why they were there.
The next day, my mother and her classmates found out what happened. The father came home drunk that night and beat his wife and children to death. Then he went to his truck, set it on fire and shot himself in the head. Now they say that if going anywhere near the house can hear the screams of the family brutally murdered by the father.
